1. Service and free features

Viewing, searching, EXIF edits, batch editing and privacy checks are free without sign-in. Sign-in and a download plan are required only for photo copies, cleaned images, photo cards and image ZIPs. Metadata JSON exports remain free.

2. Your photos and permissions

You retain rights to your photos and metadata and must have permission to process them. Do not use the tool to violate privacy, falsify evidence or conduct unlawful activity. EXIF editing does not authenticate a photo or certify copyright.

3. Account security

Image downloads may require an email account. Protect your credentials; do not share accounts or impersonate others. Sign-in never requires uploading your photos. Self-service password recovery is not currently available, so keep your password safe.

4. Fees and subscriptions

Image downloads can be purchased once or by subscription. A one-time credit covers one initiated image or ZIP download and does not expire unused; generation failures do not consume it. Subscriptions allow unlimited downloads while active. Viewing and editing remain free. Review price, currency, tax and renewal details before paying. Unconfigured checkout or an unconfirmed payment is not a successful purchase. Access starts only after server confirmation.

5. File, quality and privacy limits

JPEG EXIF edits and JPEG metadata-block cleanup do not recompress image data. Canvas conversion of other formats to PNG may change file size, color, HDR or decoding results. Keep originals and inspect exported copies.

Not necessarily. GPS-only removal clears EXIF GPS fields. XMP, IPTC, filenames or visible image content may still reveal a location. Review all metadata, filenames and image content before sharing sensitive photos.

Keep original files and review export results. Browser storage is not a backup service. Clearing site data or changing devices may prevent restoration.

6. Changes and responsibility

Features may be maintained, changed or temporarily unavailable. Known limits are described, but no specific-purpose outcome, absolute anonymity or permanent availability is promised. Any limitation applies only as permitted by applicable law and does not exclude non-excludable consumer rights. Material billing changes should be disclosed before a new purchase or renewal commitment.

Lifetime download plan

The $39 lifetime plan is a single payment for unlimited downloads of edited photos, cleaned copies, image ZIPs and photo cards, with no renewal. Lifetime means access while this product remains in operation; it does not promise permanent availability or include separate future products. A full refund revokes access from that purchase. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription; manage renewal from your account.
