EXIF guide: viewing, batch editing and safer sharing
Learn to view and edit EXIF locally, batch-remove metadata and GPS, and preserve your workspace through sign-in and payment.
Updated1. Import and inspect
Drop files or use Import photos to select multiple images. Each file must be 80 MB or smaller. Overview shows camera, lens, time and GPS. All metadata offers search and free JSON exports.
2. Edit one or many photos
JPEG supports camera, lens, author, copyright, capture time and GPS edits. For batch edits, select photos and check the shared fields. Unchecked fields remain unchanged; checked blank fields are cleared. The last batch edit can be undone.
3. Remove metadata
In Batch remove, select photos and choose all metadata, EXIF only or GPS only. EXIF/GPS-only removal requires JPEG. Other previewable formats produce cleaned PNGs, which may change color and file size.
4. Download and restore after sign-in
An image download first saves your local workspace, then checks sign-in and your download plan. Returning to the same browser restores photos and drafts. Click the download action again; downloads and charges do not happen automatically.
